Domain Wizardy WebHosting, Inc. BILLING POLICY By using the services of Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. hosting you agree to the billing policy below. This billing policy may be changed at anytime without notice and it is the responsibility of the customer to view this policy periodically. Payments All charges are made in the currency displayed while the invoice is generated. Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. accepts the following types of payment: Check/money order, Email payments from Canadian Registered Banks Credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express) All payments are due on the Account Statement Date. The Account Statement Date is the monthly anniversary of the date the account was activated. If you provide Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. your credit card information, you authorize Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. to automatically charge your credit card for charges that apply to your account. You are responsible for keeping your credit card information with Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. up-to-date in regards to billing address changes or credit card number change or credit card expiry date changes (email changes to [email protected]). Accounts that are ten (10) days past due may be automatically suspended. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection. Billing Terms Offered Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. offers three Billing Terms for hosting: 1. Monthly (every 1 months) 2. Quarterly (every 3 months) 3. Annually (every 12 months) Longer billing terms have discounted rates as shown on our host comparison chart . The Billing Cycle begins on the Plan Activation Date. You can change your billing term at anytime but the new billing term will only begin at your next renewal date. Additional Items All additional features added to an account are charged upon activation on a per Invoice basis. Additional items are non-refundable and include such services as Miva License Fees, Urchin Web Logging Software, and MS SQL database hosting services to name just a few. Account Renewals In order to insure uninterrupted service to your website, all plans will be automatically renewed ON or AFTER the renewal date using the credit card you used upon ordering. The rate charged will be the current rate on the date of renewal. If you wish to cancel your plan before plan renewal, please refer to the Cancellation section below. Statements Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. does not mail paper invoices or statements unless specifically requested. Invoices will be emailed to the email address used upon account signup unless otherwise notified. You may retreive any of your accounting information via your online control panel. Fees Returned (NSF) Checks Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. charges a $35.00 fee for returned (NSF) checks. Customers that issue an NSF check will be required to submit future payments with a certified check or money order. Overdue Charges If a host account is overdue Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account at anytime past 10 days overdue. Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. will attempt to contact the account holder before taking such action via email and phone. Accounts overdue past 30 days may be suspended without further notice. Reactivation Of Suspended Accounts An overdue charge may apply to reactivate an account. This is at the full discretion and decision of Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc.. Cancellations Host plans will automatically renew until a plan is cancelled. In order to cancel service, you must contact Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc.'s Accounting Team at (416) 496.1784. Domain Wizardry will assist you with the cancellation process. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS PAST THIRTY DAYS Please be aware that there are no refunds past 30 days on any Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. service as agreed and stated on the order form you used when signing up with Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc.. Cancellation requests must be received by Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the end of your Billing Term. Cancellations submitted later than this time may result in automatic renewal of your hosting plan. Once renewed there are NO REFUNDS. Cancellations are effective on the day we are informed to cancel an account by the customer and Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. is unable to cancel your account on a future date. When an account is cancelled all emails, website files on the server and all other Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. host settings will be deleted and NO BACKUPS MADE for later retrieval. Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. will confirm the cancellation request once it is processed. Cancellation of services does not relieve the customer from paying any outstanding balance owed on the account. Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any account, at any time, without notice, for any reason considered appropriate by Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc.. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Each of Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. 's web hosting plans carries a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the monthly service fee's paid excluding any setup fees, domain registration or transfer fees, charges for excess bandwidth or other charges related to setup or utilization of the service. There are no refunds on MS SQL monthly fees, dedicated real audio streams, Miva license fees, SSL certificate registrations, domain name registrations/transfers, or Urchin logging fees. There are no refunds available for SSL Certificates or Miva Merchant Fees paid. Refund Policy Refunds are only available within 30 Days of account start up. There are no refunds offered or promised after 30 days. Domain Nameservers Customer agrees the following regarding nameservers. Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. periodically does domain audits for those domains hosted on our servers. If a domain hosted on our servers has nameservers different then Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. nameservers, and is pointed to another web host company's server(s), where the customer has not notified Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. that they have moved their website to another hosting service then this policy shall apply: 1. Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. has the right to delete the host account from our servers including all email accounts and website data without further notice. This policy is to protect both the customer and Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. from any individual that could possibly use the host account to send spam or other malicious code to others FROM your account with us. Credit Card Disputes/Chargebacks Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc. has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment is subject to account termination at Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc.'s discretion. Price Changes / Policy Changes Domain Wizardry WebHosting, Inc.'s prices and policies are subject to change without notice. Any price changes become effective on the renewal date.
